Finally Moved Out

It is with a tinge of sadness that I leave my condo in Toronto behind, mostly empty. It was a great place to live for the last two years, and somehow in those two years I only managed to use the swimming pool twice!

The tough thing is that currently I'm eating a Toronto mortgage with a big ol' side of SF rent.

I am now looking for potential tenants, hopefully a professional couple that can take advantage of my two underground parking spots. Unfortunately finding tenants will not be the end of it, I need to find someone in Toronto who can check on the place for me every once in a while and make sure that it hasn't been turned into a grow-op.

Do you know someone responsible in Toronto? As renter or condo-checker?
