San Francisco - Bootcamp

Here I am after having a delicious sandwich for lunch from a local bakery. I'm minutes away from beginning my first presentation of the week. In the next photo, I'm caught in the act of outlining the changes in architecture of some fancy shmancy software.

Sounds like fun. Do you teach or present software to clients?

I teach or "enable" business partners as we prefer to say. I also work with business partners to present software and proof of concepts to clients for pre-sales opportunities.

This time it is the enabling bit, not pre-sales.

It looks like you're not taking it seriously...where's the power suit?

I save the suits for customers. These are business partners, they're on the same side as me. I don't need to convince them, just educate them.

Also, suits scream "you can't trust me, I'm a salesman"!

What kind of sandwich did you just eat in that first photo?

It was a ciabatta, salami, brie cheese, lots of veggies, toasted sandwich.

Delicious!
